In store: Returns are allowed within 14 days for store credit. Original receipt must be presented for all returns/exchanges. Items must have original tags and be in new, unused condition and free of odors and pet hair. On Holiday items, returns are allowed only up to 14 days before the holiday. No returns on sale items, pre-orders, special orders, shoes or jewelry.

Shipped items: Please contact us at info@theblessednesttx.com before returning an item. Items must be returned within 14 days of item delivery (per tracking info). Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to ship with tracking and insurance. You will receive store credit (minus original shipping charges) and shipping of exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. On Holiday items, returns are allowed up to 14 days before the holiday. No returns/exchange/store credit on special orders, sales items, shoes, hats or jewelry. Items must be new, unworn, free of odor and pet hair and with original tags. Any disputes with the order must be communicated to us via info@theblessednesttx.com within 7 days of delivery of order.

Cancellations: After an order has been placed, we cannot cancel an order and issue a refund. If you no longer need the items, you will be issued a store credit minus 20% processing fees if the return meets the above conditions. Excessive exchanges will incur a restocking fee.

Online orders: You have 30 days to pickup your paid order. After 30 days, items will be returned to stock or donated and no refunds given.
