Return Policy

In store: Returns are allowed within 10 days for exchange of the return value or store credit. Original receipt must be presented for all returns/exchanges. Items must have original tags and be in new, unused condition and free of odors and pet hair. On Holiday items, returns are allowed only up to 14 days before the holiday. No returns on sale items, Posh Peanut launch items, pre-orders, special orders, shoes or jewelry.

Shipped items: Please contact us at before returning an item. Items must be returned with 7 days of item delivery (per tracking info). Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to ship priority mail so you have tracking and insurance. You can receive store credit or exchange for another item and shipping of exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. On Holiday items, returns are allowed up to 14 days before the holiday. No returns/exchange/store credit on special orders, Posh Peanut launch items, sales items, shoes, hats or jewelry. Items must be new, unworn, free of odor and pet hair and with original tags. Any disputes with the order must be communicated to us via within 7 days of delivery of order. 

Cancellations: After an order has been placed, we cannot cancel an order and issue a refund. If you no longer need the items, you will be issued a store credit minus 3% processing fees if the return meets the above conditions.  Excessive exchanges will incur a restocking fee.

Online orders: You have 30 days to pickup your paid order.  After 30 days, items will be returned to stock or donated and no refunds given.
