Quick Texas Chili Recipe:

1. Ingredients:
   • 1 lb ground beef (or wild game meat)
   • 1 large onion, diced
   • 3 cloves garlic, minced
   • 1 bell pepper, diced
   • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
   • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
   • 4 tsp Texas Chili Spice Mix
   • 1 tbsp olive oil
2. Instructions:
   1. Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onions, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper. Sauté until onions are translucent and peppers are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
   2. Brown Meat: Add 1 lb ground beef (or wild game meat) to the pot. Break it up with a spoon and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
   3. Add Tomatoes and Sauce: Stir in 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes and 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce.
   4. Season: Sprinkle 4 tsp of Texas Chili Spice Mix over the chili. Stir well to combine.
   5. Simmer: Bring the chili to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and let it simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
   6. Serve: Ladle the chili into bowls and enjoy! Add your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, diced onions, sour cream, or sliced jalapeños.
